Incident Paintball Gun Assault

On the above date and time, a student reported to the Office of Public Safety that while walking west on the northwest sidewalk of Eaton Street, in the vicinity of Tyndall Avenue, they had been struck by a paintball fired by an unidentified individual driving by in a vehicle. The victim described the vehicle as a small white or grey SUV, which was also travelling west at the time of the incident.
Providence Police were notified will be conducting further investigation.
